These regions are united in both their strengths and challenges. While they collectively contribute millions of dollars to Australia’s GDP, they also unfairly sufferer from volatile economic cycles, labour shortages, wage disparities, inflated housing and rental prices, and bridled community development.

The unprecedented collaboration between these regions is in response to the urgent need for solutions to address these challenges to ensure the sustainability of these regions, now and into the future.
